It all started with a bike ride, at the wrong time, the wrong place and without headphones. Magic happens when we least expect it and this is how I came to be an officiant. I left my day job early, I took my bike a different route, I didn’t want to listen to music and then heard an old friend shout my name. We got talking and she introduced me to the world of love and marriage and I have never looked back. Nothing makes me happier than when I get to be a part of two people starting a journey together that is built on trust, love and all the other juicy parts of being in a relationship.

I am ALSO a professionally trained performer (University of Toronto/ Sheridan College) , I have travelled/worked/lived all over the world (Haiti, Jamaica, South Korea, India, Taiwan, Australia etc) and have previously worked as a mental health worker in downtown Toronto for over 13 years. These experiences and cultivated skills create the perfect storm for a Modern Nun; compassionate, open-minded and an always go with the flow vibe.
